Temple has formally introduced its annual 30 Under 30 awardees for 2026. In just a short time since graduation, these innovative Owls are revolutionizing their industries.

Selected from more than 230 nominations, these honorees represent a range of fields. Those spotlighted include a sports and entertainment attorney, a professional opera singer, a resilience and environmental planner, a lead data scientist at the Nike Sport Research Lab, a Washington correspondent, a resident physician, and more.

The stories of these ambitious awardees emphasize the characteristics that define what it means to be an Owl: creativity, passion and determination.

“Each 30 Under 30 cohort reminds us that Temple’s impact doesn’t end at graduation,” said Eliza Stasi, associate vice president of advancement engagement. “These young alumni are building meaningful careers, lifting others as they rise and redefining what leadership looks like across industries. They embody the resilience, ambition and purpose that define the Temple Made spirit.”

Established in 2019, in collaboration with Advancement Engagement and Strategic Marketing and Communications, the 30 Under 30 awards program honors young alumni who are pushing boundaries, empowering entire communities and blazing trails for the next generation of leaders.

More than half of the 2026 cohort hails from Pennsylvania, with 19 honorees representing the Keystone State. Other recipients came to Temple from across the country and the world, including New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Texas, Burkina Faso, Jordan and Ethiopia. Among them are first-generation and transfer students.

These honorees benefited from Temple’s world-class education and resources: experiential, interdisciplinary learning; close-knit connections with faculty, mentors and peers; and a bustling city location. Additionally, they interned with companies in their desired fields and joined student and professional organizations. Although each has a unique path, all share a common thread—driving real impact and creating real change.

The 2026 award recipients are scheduled to be honored during Temple Made Days, April 13–19. Leading up to the celebration, they will be taking over Temple's social media accounts, so keep checking @TempleUniv  and @templealumni to learn more about Temple’s 30 Under 30 and what fuels these changemakers’ success.
