Temple University and Klein College of Media and Communication have something to brag about. Klein s student media outlets TUTV, WHIP Radio and OwlSports have collectively won five awards from the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System.
Most notably, these awards include Best Sports Program for OwlSports Update s Inside the Nest for Sept. 28 and Best College/University Television Station for TUTV; Temple also won in the categories of Best Website for WHIP Radio s website, Best Use of Graphics for OwlSports Update s Graphics Package for Inside the Nest for Oct. 26 and Best Station Contest/Promotional Event for WHIP Radio s Rocktober 2021 Promo.
