The College of Education and Human Development Education Expo is for students and alumni seeking full-time, part-time, and internship roles. The Ed Expo is an opportunity for students to network with a diverse group of local employers.   
  
Students and alumni should be sure to:  

• Sign up for a career coaching appointment with the CEHD staff on Handshake.  

• Research the list of participating schools and employers before the Education Expo.

• Get your resume reviewed in advance and bring copies with you to the Education Expo.

• Prepare your 30 second introduction (aka your Elevator Pitch).  

• Dress in professional attire. Schedule an appointment at The Wardrobe for free professional attire.  

• Ask for business cards and/or take note of the names/roles of all of the individuals you meet with and send a THANK YOU note promptly after the Education Expo
