Introducing the Kitchen Sustainability Workshop series, presented by the Office of Sustainability and the Aramark Community Teaching Kitchen. Each workshop combines hands-on learning, demonstrations, and simple skills you can take home and put into practice.
Join the Office of Sustainability and the Aramark Community Teaching Kitchen for a collaborative workshop exploring practical ways to reduce food waste and make the most of every ingredient. Through live cooking demonstrations, including a pickling demonstration, participants will learn easy recipes for using food scraps, tips for proper food storage, and how individual choices can contribute to more sustainable food systems locally and globally. You’ll also have the opportunity to make your own jar of pickles and take it home with you!
Students, register via Owl Connect and Suitable now to reserve your jar.
