Temple University School of Pharmacy will welcome Lucinda L. Maine, PhD, FAPhA, FFIP, CEO Emerita of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), as the featured speaker for the 2026 Bender Lecture on October 7.
Maine will present “Lessons in Leadership from our Foremothers” from 12 to 1 p.m. in Room 230 at the School of Pharmacy. The event is open to all.
Established in 2020 through a bequest from the estate of Rosine and Maurice Bender ’44, the Bender Lecture honors Rosine’s mother, Anna Teller, a pharmacist who owned a pharmacy in Philadelphia. The lecture series highlights transformational stories of women in pharmacy.
