d/Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind guests are welcome to experience the Zoo like never before!
We in the ASL Certificate Program as part of the Communication Sciences and Disorders department, are so pleased to kick off the 2026-2027 academic year with our collaborative, d/Deaf Community Day event at the Philadelphia Zoo on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, 10am-3pm!
ASL Interpreters will be available throughout the Zoo to support guests in all buildings, attractions, and animal interaction stations.
Video interpretation will also be available for select tours on Philadelphia Zoo’s page on the Bloomberg Connects App.
All services are included in general admission for all guests.
