Please join us for a lecture by Alexandra Schoolman (Art History PhD Canidate, Tyler School of Art and Architecture) on The Materiality of Resistance in the Work of Chilean Mapuche Organization Ad-Mapu 1979-1989.

In their talk, "The Materiality of Resistance in the Work of Chilean Mapuche Organization Ad-Mapu 1979-1989," Schoolman builds upon discussions of material networks and site-specific interventions to examine revolutionary theater as a popular tool to reclaim neoliberal public space, rehearse new ways of living, and disseminate subversive ideas through gesture, action, word, and sound.
