Justin Torres is a novelist celebrated for a distinctly lyrical style. He is the author of We the Animals which has been translated into fifteen languages and adapted into a feature film. His book Blackouts was winner of the 2023 National Book Award. Liz Moore is an award-winning, bestselling author, television screenwriter, producer and director of the Temple University Master of Fine Arts Program in Creative Writing. She is the author of five books including Long Bright River and The God of the Woods. This event is hosted by Katz Narrative Medicine Program and College of Liberal Arts Poets & Writers Series.
