About Erica DePascale 

Erica DePascale is a social media strategist, creator partnerships leader and digital storyteller who documents travel and life at sea for a global audience. As the founder of the travel and lifestyle brand Erica from America, she has built a following of more than 800,000 across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and generated more than 100 million video views through her travel, cruise and lifestyle content. 

She currently serves as Lead of Social Media Partnerships and Activations at Royal Caribbean International, where she oversees global creator partnerships and influencer activations supporting major marketing campaigns and ship launches. Before moving into corporate social strategy, Erica spent six years as part of Royal Caribbean’s Cruise Director staff, hosting large-scale onboard entertainment and engaging international audiences at sea. 

A graduate of Temple University, Erica began her career in media and entertainment, working with organizations including Time Inc. and the Ryan Seacrest Foundation before building her career across digital media, entertainment and global hospitality.
