This discussion will explore how government agencies, policymakers, and nonprofits in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and across the country are already utilizing AI to improve citizen services and engagement, operations, compliance, and decision-making. Panelists will also weigh in on the innovative ways in which these entities can continue to utilize AI in a responsible way that appropriately addresses rising concerns regarding privacy and data protections, cybersecurity and safety risks, accountability, and transparency.
