Binh Nguyễn

Senior Director of Communications Binh Nguyen leads Visit Philadelphia’s media relations, including the organization’s national visiting journalism program, pitching strategy, and press efforts for major events and initiatives. She has successfully placed Philadelphia as a top destination in publications such as Travel + Leisure, Lonely Planet and The New York Times.

Prior to joining Visit Philadelphia in February 2023, Nguyen ran her own public relations and branding consultancy, representing clients nationwide. She holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications from Temple University and serves as past-president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, Director-at-Large of the Temple University Alumni Association, and is a member of the City of Philadelphia’s Nighttime Economy Advisory Board. Born in Saigon, Vietnam and raised in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Nguyen now resides in Center City.

Lee Farrell

Lee Farrell is a Temple University alum and former In-Game Host for Temple Athletics, now working as a high-energy in-arena host, emcee, and on-camera personality across professional sports and major live events. He currently serves as an In-Game Host for the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers and the MLS’s Philadelphia Union, engaging thousands of fans each game through live crowd interaction, interviews, and entertainment.

Lee’s resume includes hosting major national events such as the NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles, the PGA’s first-ever Golf Channel Games, and large-scale brand and fan activations across the country. He opened and emceed the first F1 Arcade watch parties in Las Vegas and Philadelphia, bringing his signature energy to both markets.

In addition to live hosting, Lee has appeared in national and local commercials, on multiple national television networks, and in the major motion picture “Marley & Me.” Known for his strong stage presence, improvisation skills, and ability to connect with audiences of all sizes, he continues to build a career at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and live production.

Lee is proud to return to Temple University to share his experiences and insights with current students and fellow alumni pursuing careers in media, sports and live entertainment.
