In her day-to-day she oversees the peer review process, work closely with authors on submissions, and recruit diverse perspectives on key research challenges. She will go over the Cell Press ecosystem, the physical science portfolio, the publishing process, and any questions about conveying research at large.}

_{Brief Bio: Dr. Qiao earned her PhD in materials and organic chemistry from Indiana University in 2016. She then moved to Argonne National Laboratory and Los Alamos National Laboratory for postdoctoral studies on the applications of catalysts in Li-air batteries, fuel cells, and water electrolyzers. She joined Chem Catalysis in January 2022 and based in Philadelphia. She specializes in organic and organometallic chemistry, homogenous catalysis, and their applications.}
