The 2026 Annual Zammarelli Memorial Lecture will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

This year's featured lecture, "Technology's Lessons for the Future of Artificial Intelligence in Pharmacy," will be presented by Ravi Patel, PharmD, MBA, MS, co-founder of Blueberry Pharmacy and founder of the Pharmacy Innovation Lab at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.

Dr. Patel is an advisor to organizations and start-ups that leverage technology across healthcare. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, created a fellowship in Innovation at the UPMC Center for Connected Medicine and the University of Pittsburgh. At Pitt, he went on to found and direct the Pharmacy Innovation Lab and serve as the Lead Innovation Advisor. Dr. Patel’s interests center on the intersection of health, technology, data, and design, which includes the development, deployment, and evaluation of technology across clinical practice.
