North Broad Physical Therapy Center (NBPTC) is hosting its fifth annual Halloween Spooktacular run/walk to raise funds for the pro bono clinic. NBPTC is a student-run, faculty-supervised and alumni-supported clinic with a mission of providing pro bono physical therapy services to the underinsured and underserved members of the North Philadelphia community.
