The Veterans Multi-Service Center (VMC) was founded in 1980 by local Vietnam Veterans, who built a memorial along the Philadelphia waterfront and discovered a sense of community unparalleled. In order to honor and remember 9/11, the TVA is serving the veteran community by giving back through building outdoor seating and feeding those who need it most.
