Guest speaker Dr. Brandi Baldwin-Rana is an entrepreneurial force with her own training and career development organization. Dr. Baldwin-Rana works with business leaders and companies seeking ways to significantly increase their organizational performance in 12 months or less. Her company, YouAdvise.Me designs employee development programs and teaches companies how to transform their high-potential talent into performance powerhouses.

She is a Temple University alumnus with a Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Master s in Organizational Development and Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy.
