When it s done well, teaching is a high-stress, fast-paced and demanding activity! Often, faculty don t have the time to ask important questions like: What am I doing well? Where could I improve? Becoming more critically reflective will improve your self-confidence, while helping you inspire more motivated, critically reflective students. Take time out for your teaching and come to this workshop to participate in reflective writing, activities, and discussion.
