There is an incredibly important shift happening in our understanding about how to best achieve the most substantial and positive social impact. Many leading thinkers have come to the conclusion that for-profit, social impact ventures are a powerful approach to solving social problems. Indeed, social entrepreneurship is the attempt to draw upon entrepreneurial and business approaches to find solutions to social problems. During this interactive workshop Professor TL Hill of the Fox School of Business will discuss social impact and social entrepreneurship. In addition, a number of CPH students who have launched social-impact projects will talk about their experience.
