About Victor: Victor graduated in 2013 from Brown University with a degree in Biology but, surprise, no intention to become a doctor. Instead, eager to create something of his own design, he hustled his senior year to start a social-enterprise brewery called Cape Commons. While his brewery never fully commercialized, Victor gained invaluable insights into the challenges of starting a company; his brewery was the 2013 winner of MassChallenge, a startup-accelerator based in Boston. Victor now works on the Venture for America team as the Senior Community Growth Associate, helping young people across the country find their way to entrepreneurship.
