This ongoing workshop will be lead by a DSC staff member to introduce you to working with various 3D technologies. The first two sessions will focus on capturing 3D images from objects in the real world via techniques such as photogrammetry and 3D scanning. The second pair of sessions will focus on manipulating and creating 3D images in tools like Sketchup. The final two workshops in this series will introduce you to adding 3D images to virtual worlds to explore through technology like the virtual reality headset Oculus Rift.
