Join us for a half hour of gentle stretching, meditative movement and relaxation to begin your week. A limited number of mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own, or a towel. This is not a yoga class and participants can participate at their ability level. People who are uncomfortable with getting down on the floor are welcome to do chair stretching and meditation.
